This neo-Basque style house is inspired by the smallholdings of our province of Labourd. Its location on the heights of Bassussarry in the hilly area of ​​La Redoute makes it a quiet house without opposite.
With its 170 m² of living space, its 4 bedrooms from 16 to 22 m², its 65 m² living room and its three bathrooms, the space is comfortable and very bright.
Its large terrace of 70m² without opposite, means that the perimeter of the swimming pool quickly becomes a second place of life. You can indulge in idleness with your feet in the heated swimming pool, in moments of relaxation leaning on the bar in the summer kitchen, or turning the plancha for a meal in the shelter of the covered terrace.
